Each method has its place. We explain the differences so you can choose the one that best protects your coffee.

Replace the air with an inert gas (nitrogen or CO₂). The bag maintains its natural shape and the coffee better preserves its volatile aromas.

As soon as coffee is roasted, it begins to oxidize. Every hour in contact with air reduces its sensory profile: it loses fruity aromas, gains rancid notes, and its commercial value decreases. Vacuum packaging stops this process almost completely.

Freshly roasted coffee releases CO₂ for 5–14 days. Without a valve, the bag inflates and compromises the seal. Our bags come with a food-grade one-way valve that lets CO₂ out but prevents oxygen from entering.

We work with high-barrier multi-layer bags: PET + aluminum + polyethylene. This structure blocks oxygen, moisture, and UV light—the three factors that degrade roasted coffee fastest. Available in natural kraft or metallic, depending on your brand.

We used to package in conventional bags and had stale product returned to us. We switched to vacuum packaging with Green Hills and shelf rotation doubled.
We export to the United States and Europe. Vacuum packaging with a valve is the only way we can achieve transit times without losing sensory quality.
Our branded labeling was impeccable. I recommend it for any brand that wants to project a premium image on the shelf.
The minimum volume is 50 kg of roasted coffee per batch. For custom packaging with a private label, we require a minimum of 500 units per format.
Yes. We accept roasted coffee from any origin as long as it meets minimum sanitary conditions. We conduct a reception inspection before packaging.
Vacuum extracts almost all the oxygen (>99%) and the bag becomes compact. Modified atmosphere replaces it with nitrogen and the bag maintains its natural shape. Vacuum extends shelf life longer; modified atmosphere better preserves the volatile aromas of freshly roasted coffee.
Yes. We work with adhesive labels (small orders) or direct printing on the bag (volumes from 5,000 units). We advise you on compliance with INVIMA regulations and sanitary registration.
