Frequently Asked Questions

What is the Honey process in coffee?
It's a processing method where the pulp is removed but the mucilage (the sweet, sticky layer around the bean) is kept during drying. This transfers sugars and aromatic compounds to the bean, producing a sweeter, more honey-like, and more complex profile than a traditionally washed coffee.
What brewing method is best for this Honey ground coffee?
It shines especially in V60, Aeropress, and Cold Brew, where the honey, peach, and spice notes are at their most expressive. It also works very well in drip or Chemex.
How long does ground coffee last once opened?
We recommend consuming it within 30 days of opening to enjoy its full aromatic freshness. Store it in its original packaging with the valve sealed, or in an opaque airtight container.
Do you ship throughout Colombia?
Yes. We ship from Antioquia to all of Colombia. Coffee is roasted and ground to order to guarantee maximum freshness in every bag.
Where does this coffee come from?
From Hacienda Las Mercedes in Ciudad Bolívar, Antioquia, grown at 1,800 m.a.s.l. We work directly with the farm, guaranteeing traceability and fair prices for the producer.
