Son tres de los varietales más codiciados del café mundial. Geisha aporta delicadeza floral y acidez cítrica refinada; Java suma cuerpo elegante y dulzura; Wush Wush, originario de Etiopía, entrega notas afrutadas únicas y dulzor profundo. Juntos crean un blend de competencia.
¿Qué métodos recomiendan para este café? +
V60 es el método por excelencia: resalta la claridad floral y la acidez brillante. También funciona muy bien en Sifón japonés y en Flash Brew (sobre hielo) para acentuar las notas a flor de jamaica. En Espresso entrega un shot complejo y floral.

Es una edición limitada con varietales escasos (Geisha, Java y Wush Wush), cultivados en parcelas selectas a 1.800 m y procesados en lotes pequeños. Su puntaje SCA está en rango de competencia (87+ puntos), por lo que su valor refleja la complejidad y exclusividad del lote.
¿Cuál es la diferencia entre la opción molido y en grano? +
Para un café floral y delicado como el Gold, el grano es ideal: las notas volátiles a flor de jamaica y jazmín se pierden a los pocos minutos de molerse. Si tienes molino en casa, elige grano. Si valoras la conveniencia o no tienes molino, el molido te garantiza una preparación perfecta.
¿Cuánto dura el café una vez abierto? +
En grano hasta 60 días y molido hasta 30 días, siempre en recipiente hermético opaco lejos de luz, calor y humedad.
¿Hacen envíos a toda Colombia? +
Sí. Despachamos desde Antioquia a todo el país. El café se tuesta y muele bajo pedido para garantizar máxima frescura.
