Our Bronze Bean Coffee is the most intense expression of our Honey process: an extended fermentation that delivers a winey, sweet, and deep profile. Whole bean, roasted to order, and vacuum-sealed so you can grind it at home and capture every nuance of macerated fruit and panela. Grown at Hacienda Las Mercedes (Ciudad Bolívar, Antioquia, 1,800 m.a.s.l.).
